App doesnt work well at all

Extremely glitchy on iPhone 6 8.4
Screens flail back and forth with a single touch. Only way to fix is close the app and reopen.
Takes long to respond. Also I dislike in app purchases, especially when I already paid for the app. (That doesnt work). Wish I could get a refund.
